Summary :

The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.

Details :

  • Monday-Friday 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM
  • Onsite in at 300 Southborough Drive in South Portland
  • After initial onsite training period; there is hybrid flexibility
  • Department : Centralized Referrals Department for Primary Care offices

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) :

  • Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License / Certifications : N / A
  • Experience : Six months of medical office experience required.
  • Additional Skills / Requirements Required : N / A
  • Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Proficient computer skills.
