Job Title : Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Location : 100% Remote (Must reside in Mountain Time Zone preferred)
Pay Range : $17 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM MT training then
Part time Schedule : 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM MT
Job Type : Contract (Contract-to-Hire opportunity)
About the Role :
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to support healthcare providers by answering inbound calls related to Medicaid claims, authorizations, and eligibility. You'll play a critical role in helping providers navigate complex processes while delivering high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound inquiries from medical providers regarding patient claims, prior authorizations, member eligibility, portal navigation, and explanation of benefits.
- Resolve issues on the first call while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Accurately document all calls and interactions in internal systems.
- Adhere to performance standards related to productivity, schedule, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies at all times.
Schedule & Attendance Requirements :
Part-time schedule : Monday – Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM MTOrientation : November 24 – November 26, 2025
Holidays :
November 27 : Thanksgiving Day (Off)November 28 : Black Friday (Off)Training Begins : Monday, December 1, 2025
Important : No time off is permitted during the 6-week training period.

Must have wired internet (Ethernet connection required); Wi-Fi is not allowedA 10-foot Ethernet cord will be provided. If a longer cable is needed, the candidate must supply it themselves.Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of customer service experienceAt least 1 year of call center experienceExperience with Medicaid or insurance billingProficient with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaborationAbility to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environmentStrong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and SpanishPrevious experience in healthcare customer service, particularly with MedicaidFamiliarity with Salesforce, CX1, or similar call center / CRM platformsExperience working in a remote call center environmentIdeal Candidate Profile :
