Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Automotive Metal Stamping industry.
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership.
Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and achieve goals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness.
