I have a client in Northern Indiana (around 1 hour from Chicago) that is looking for a Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician to join the team.

• FT W2 permanent position with benefits and career advancement, and RVU bonuses AND SIGN ON BONUS
• NO OB
• Outpatient setting within Hospital System
• Monday through Friday but Flexible
• 15-30 PPD
• 1 : 10 call rotation
• Licensure reimbursement : license, CSR, DEA, Dues / Subscriptions
• New Grads welcome
