Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities as prescribed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patients' progress during therapy sessions, making note of any changes or improvements in mobility, strength, or function.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote optimal recovery and prevent injury.
• Provide feedback to the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patients' responses to treatment and any concerns or observations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to patient care and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
