\uD83D\uDE80 About The Role

​​As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical powerhouse behind the Quantum Metric sales team. You will masterfully blend deep product expertise with a strategic, consultative approach to guide prospective customers from initial discovery to a signed deal. You will be the trusted advisor who bridges the gap between complex customer challenges and our industry-leading solutions. In this pivotal role, you will :

Architect Solutions : Partner with Account Executives to understand a prospect's critical business issues and design tailored, value-driven demonstrations that showcase the unique power of Quantum Metric.

Drive Technical Wins : Lead the entire technical validation process, from discovery and solution design to executing successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) that secure the confidence of both business and technical stakeholders.

Act as the Expert : Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on our platform and the competitive Customer Experience landscape for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Be a Trusted Advisor : Articulate complex technical concepts and business value to a wide range of audiences, from C-level executives to hands-on engineers, establishing yourself as a credible and reliable partner.

\uD83D\uDD27 Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as the technical co-owner of your region's opportunities, co-developing and executing strategies to qualify, advance, and close new business.
• Lead the technical discovery process to expertly diagnose customer pain points and business objectives, translating them into a clear and compelling solution vision.
• Architect and deliver customized product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that prove the tangible business value and technical superiority of the Quantum Metric platform.
• Own the technical win by serving as the definitive subject matter expert on our platform, the competitive landscape, and relevant customer use cases for everyone in the room—from practitioners to C-level executives.
• Embrace our dynamic, "all-hands-on-deck" culture by contributing to cross-functional initiatives, such as creating white papers, informing product strategy, or developing new training materials.
• Travel up to 25% across North America and LATAM for customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
