We're seeking a mission-driven Governance Quality Assurance Lead who is the final checkpoint for ensuring that all training, content, and governance initiatives meet established standards for accuracy, compliance, and performance. This role blends analytical precision with deep process understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain QA standards and procedures for governance, documentation, and training deliverables.
• Conduct quality audits and root cause analyses for content and process deviations.
• Collaborate with Governance Program Managers and Curriculum Leads to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead QA reporting and metrics tracking for senior leadership.
• Implement feedback loops to ensure corrective and preventive actions are executed.
