- We are in search for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst .
- You will be a critical member of the Corporate Finance team, responsible for providing deep financial analysis, rigorous expense management, and strategic reporting to drive sound business decisions.
- This role plays a key part in the planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles, focusing specifically on the company's Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and managing Operating Expenses (OpEx) across various departments.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, Corporate Finance environment and possesses proven experience in a corporate manufacturing setting, understanding the link between production operations and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :
Lead the preparation and review of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans, specifically for OpEx and departmental budgets.Develop complex financial models to support various business initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.P&L and Expense Management :
Conduct detailed P&L analysis and variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results, providing insightful commentary on key performance drivers.Partner with cost center owners to monitor and control discretionary spending, identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of financial reports.Reporting & Communication :
Prepare and present high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management, explaining financial results and trends clearly.Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.Support the Corporate Controller's team during internal and external audit cycles as needed.Required Qualifications Education :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Experience :
4+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Corporate Finance.Technical Skills :
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex modeling, pivot tables, v-lookups) and strong experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).Analytical Acumen :
Proven ability to manage and synthesize large datasets into clear, concise, and accurate financial analyses.Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience :
Experience working in a corporate manufacturing or operations-intensive environment.Environment :
Demonstrated success working within a large, established Corporate Finance structure.Advanced Degree / Certifications :
