Location : Little Rock, AR
Salary : Competitive salary based on education and / or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days : Monday through Friday to include some weekends
Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.; may vary
Position :
Our Blood Institute is looking for a Volunteer Services Coordinator who can promote, enhance, and sustain the mission of OBI through the placement of non-paid staff.
Qualifications :
- College degree or experience equivalent
- Strong social media skills n a variety of platforms, including creating and editing content and overseeing volunteers who use social media skills for blood donation promotion
- Ability to work with people of all ages
- Strong social media skills on a variety of platforms, including creating and editing content and overseeing volunteers who also use social media skills for blood donation promotion
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Skills in organizational and project development
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Special Physical Requirements :
Must be able to carry loads up to 40 lbs.Must be able to climb steps and stairsMust be able to drive a vehicle and travel up to three hours at a timePrimary Responsibilities :
Responsible for building volunteer relationships and developing Our Blood Institute volunteer opportunities in immediate and surrounding countiesResponsible for publicly representing Our Blood Institute in service areas throughout Oklahoma, Texas and ArkansasResponsible for recruiting volunteers for specific service areasResponsible for training volunteers and complying with regulatory requirementsResponsible for retaining volunteers and recognizing their efforts throughout the yearResponsible for on-going OBI volunteer educationResponsible for tracking volunteer hours and expensesJob Posted by ApplicantPro
