Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support and lead strategic change initiatives across our enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies and a proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, communication, and adoption strategies to drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
Change Planning & Execution
- Define and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop appropriate engagement and readiness plans.
- Deliver all change components, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and reinforcement.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, program teams, and functional partners.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment and integration of change efforts.Partner with Enablement, Field Readiness, and Business Change Management teams.Communication & Training
Develop and manage communications for various audiences using diverse media (email, PowerPoint, infographics, video).Assess training needs and support the development of user readiness materials.Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track and report key metrics (e.g., readiness indicators, adoption rates).Incorporate feedback and lessons learned to enhance change efforts.Provide post-implementation support (e.g., office hours, updated training, follow-up communications).Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management.Experience leading people, process, and technology change initiatives.Strong understanding and practical application of change management principles and methodologies.Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and visual – across all formats and levels.Proven experience engaging cross-functional teams and driving end-user adoption.Strong collaboration skills across business and IT environments.Ability to influence without direct authority.Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with resilience and flexibility.Experience in tracking and reporting adoption metrics and change impact.Post-release support experience preferred.Preferred Skills :
Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially for visual storytelling).Intermediate or advanced graphic design skills.Familiarity with Field Technology and enterprise-scale programs.Proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Wiki platforms, and change enablement platforms.
