Associate Office Manager
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Associate to oversee the daily operations of our office in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, manage administrative tasks, and foster a positive work environment. This role requires a proactive approach to coordinating various functions while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Requirements - Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a legal or meticulous environment.
Strong understanding of financial operations, including bank reconciliations and payroll administration.
Familiarity with tax preparation processes and collaboration with external accountants.
Knowledge of profit-sharing plans, 401(k) management, and audit procedures.
Ability to review and negotiate lease agreements and coordinate building safety protocols.
Proficient in billing systems and general operational coordination.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to foster a positive work environment.
Experience in managing logistics for detail-oriented staff and attorneys.
