Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized guidance.

Inquiry Response : Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns regarding insurance products and services.

Policy Explanation : Clearly explain policy details, coverage options, and premiums to clients, ensuring they comprehend their choices.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ongoing engagement.

Product Promotion : Highlight and promote new and existing insurance products to potential clients.

Issue Resolution : Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service or sales, especially in the insurance sector, is preferred.

Licensing : Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

Tech Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and manage time efficiently.
