Wealth Management Relationship Team Administrator (RTA) - Safe Act
At Regions, the Wealth Management Relationship Team Administrator (RTA) will lead the area's Wealth and Trust Assistants to ensure quality service to both internal partners and clients. The RTA will have direct management responsibility for assistant staff and may also directly support members of the advisor team.
Primary Responsibilities
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
Job Range Target :
Minimum : $54,714.33 USD
Median : $73,548.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans : This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
