Aspirus At Home with the Wausau, WI areais seeking a MUSIC THERAPIST to join our field team!

The Music Therapist provides treatment services that are goal oriented and directed towards music therapy education services, and general music therapy services designed to meet the needs, capabilities, and interests of patients and their caregiver.

In this role, you must be able to

• Travel to patient / client homes to provide patient / client.
• Cope with a work environment that deals with death, dying, and bereavement. Possesses skills necessary to be compassionate to those who are grief stricken and / or dealing with loss.
• Effectively communicate in writing along with coordination skills.
• Train staff and volunteers who are interested in providing music therapy services.

HOURS : 1.0 FTE / 80 hours every two weeks working flexible day shift hours
