Job Description
This position is for Software Solutions Architect who will support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to enable the Client Health Services ESB to track the transmission of messages and provide additional related services supporting the interfaces for systems connecting to the Data Hub.
Resource will work under the direction of Client Customer Services, Client and Client cross matrix teams to support and complete the tasks necessary for the Client Enterprise ISA technical team.
The resource is integral to supporting and improving Client automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, SEM / SUITE compliance, and securing the applications.
As a team member, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects.
The resource will also provide application oversight to business analysts and to other teams integrating with Health Enterprise Service Bus (Client Dept).
Not having a Software Solutions Architect on staff will delay ongoing and future project work within the area and lead to Client inability to deliver on prioritized enhancements and maintenance from Client Dept to all major applications.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases.
Responsible for overall system design
Review and approve system design for new use cases.
Responsible for overall code and configuration
Review and approve code deliverables.
Coach and mentor developers
Code applications, interfaces, modules, components, and reports
Complete testing plan and checklists
Produce requested Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) deliverables.
Complete transition and maintenance plans to enable state staff to maintain applications, code, interfaces, modules, components, and reports.
Perform knowledge transfer to state staff.
Create technical documentation.
Document and maintain the Incident Response Plan (IRP)
Document, track and resolve technical exception requests (TRB)
Document and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
Responsible for Health Service ESB s SSP / ATO / POAMS
Follow configuration management processes implemented.
Vendor support for Rhapsody licensing and software.
Required technical and health care IT skills (7+ years experience) :
HL7 version 2.x messaging
