The company specializes in manufacturing aerospace, medical and electronic components mostly, specializes in complex, large-scale machining projects, often working on parts weighing 50,000 to 100,000 pounds

  • Focus on metal machining, working with materials like aluminum, titanium, and various types of steel
  • The company operates as a job shop, rarely repeating the same part more than 10-20 times, specializing in unique and complex projects

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal parts and components.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform precise machining operations on mills and lathes as assigned
  • Follow strict safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
  • Program and set up CNC machines using 3D CAD and / or SolidWorks panel bender programming software
  • Utilize basic machine and CAD experience to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Fabricate sheet metal parts according to technical drawings and blueprints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve quality Essential

    • Job Functions :

  • Proficient in operating CNC machines and programming turret punches
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
  • Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines
  • Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and adhere to quality standards
  • Maintain documentation and records of production activities

    • Skills :

  • Knowledgeable on CNC Machinery
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D CAD and / or SolidWorks panel bender programming
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
