Position Summary
The Onsite Marketing & Referral Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referring doctors, community partners, and patients. This role focuses on promoting the practices services, coordinating outreach and marketing initiatives, and ensuring excellent communication between the practice and its referral network. The liaison represents the practice at community events, develops strategies to increase patient referrals, and supports overall growth and visibility of our office while being physically present at referring offices and practice events to strengthen engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for referring doctors and their staff.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners offices.
- Ensure that referring offices receive timely consultation letters, treatment updates, and feedback.
- Maintain an updated referral database and track referral patterns.
Marketing & Outreach
Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the practices services.Plan and coordinate Continuing Education (CE) events, lunch-and-learns, and appreciation events for referral offices.Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings as the on-site brand ambassador.Collaborate with external vendors (graphic designers, print shops, media outlets) to produce marketing materials.Aide in managing website and social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Patient & Community Engagement
Support community outreach programs and sponsorships that align with the practices brand.Promote a positive patient experience by ensuring smooth communication between referring offices, patients, and staff.Gather testimonials, case stories, and feedback for marketing use.Data & Reporting
Track referral activity, marketing ROI, and outreach effectiveness.Provide monthly reports to management regarding referral trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Recommend strategies to improve referral retention and patient acquisition.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical marketing strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal and onsite relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM / EMR referral tracking systems, and social media platforms.Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with regular local onsite travel.Core Competencies

This can be either a Part-time position or a Full-time position, typically MondayFriday with occasional evenings / weekends for events.Compensation based on experience, with potential for performance incentives tied to referral growth.
