Job Description :
As a Collision Center Estimator, you'll be the crucial link between our customers, insurance providers, and our collision repair technicians. You'll assess vehicle damage, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate repair processes, ensuring complete customer satisfaction through effective communication and professionalism.
Responsibilities :
Thoroughly inspect damaged vehicles, identifying necessary repairs and replacements.
Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
Clearly explain repair plans and processes to customers, addressing their concerns professionally.
Work closely with insurance companies, negotiating claims to secure timely approvals and payment.
Coordinate repair schedules with technicians and management to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
Regularly update customers on repair progress and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Manage documentation and maintain organized records of estimates, repairs, supplements, and insurance correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Collision Estimator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards.
Proficiency with estimating software (CCC One, etc)).
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively with insurance representatives.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
