Engineering Manager Opportunity - Oak Ridge, TN - Nuclear Energy
I'm seeking an Engineering Manager to guide and oversee engineering activities for a large-scale, highly regulated industrial facility in the clean energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and integrate engineering disciplines across the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design through commissioning.
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment across systems.
- Support risk assessments, design verification, and safety analysis documentation.
- Oversee technical input to procurement, ensuring equipment and systems meet project objectives.
- Develop schedules, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively for engineering teams.
- Drive resolution of technical challenges during construction and operations readiness.
