A company is looking for a Compliance Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead risk management and compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards

Oversee compliance department functions, including audits and regulatory inspections

Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Law, Public Health, or related field (required)

8+ years of experience in healthcare risk management, compliance, or quality leadership roles

Certification in Risk Management (CPHRM) or Certified Compliance Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred

Experience in multi-state, outpatient clinical environments; pain management experience is a plus

Familiarity with regulatory requirements in pain management and health IT systems
