The IT Operations – SaaS team manages the applications Datadog employees rely on every day to do their work. As a SaaS Administrator II focused on AI, you will help Datadog harness the power of AI across our SaaS ecosystem to drive efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance the employee experience. This is an opportunity to grow with a team at the forefront of modern IT operations and define how AI can empower a global, fast-moving organization.

What You'll Do :

• Evaluate new AI tools, establish strong relationships with vendors, coordinate with stakeholders to pilot and procure tools, and drive adoption through clear documentation, training, and support.
• Enable and configure AI-powered features across enterprise SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Zoom, ensuring secure, scalable deployments.
• Build and maintain AI-driven workflows and agents using native platform tools or low-code solutions to solve real, repeatable problems for internal teams.
• Configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and administer our catalog of SaaS applications
