About The Position

Job Title : Certified Surgical Technologist

Must-Have : Experience with EPIC documentation system

Description :

Shift is 5x8, 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM.

Rotating late days are required to finish up the last case.

Floating to other ambulatory sites as needed.

Certification requirements include BLS and Certified Surgical Technologist.

Experience is required with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

Documentation system experience with EPIC is required.

Candidates must be aware of the urgency in completing the fingerprinting process as required.

Individuals must complete fingerprints as soon as they sign the contract.

Refer to professional references during the application process.

A second reference can be from a supervisory role.

Coworker references will not be accepted.

Job duties include assisting with various surgical procedures.

Skills required include competence in general OR practices and specific surgical techniques.

The candidate must be familiar with sterilization and disinfection protocols.

Important aspects of the role include patient safety and adherence to universal protocols.

Travelers are expected to comply with credentialing requirements.
