Nurse Practitioner / Physician assistant

Growing Rheumatology practice is looking for a full time well qualified APRN / PA. Bay Area Arthritis and Osteoporosis (BAAO) has been collaborating and working with mid level professionals since 2004. This clinic is outpatient facility with no hospital / night / weekend calls nor any primary care responsibilities. Clinic does not practice pain management or accept any injury / workman's comp cases.  BAAO is only open 4 days a week (Mon-Thur) giving a 3-day weekend to balance personal / family life . Practice is a state of the art 4500 SF facility (with plan to add extra 3500 SF) with 30 employees including 1 MD, 2 PAs, 2 APRN, 1 pharmacist, 2 RN and many other skilled professional staff. 7 employees have been with BAAO for 17+ years and 10 + employees for more than 10 years. BAAO has EHR / EMR for about 17 + years, digital X-rays , digital bone density machine, 2 ultrasound machines, onsite phlebotomy services and high complexity labs, onsite infusion center (doing infusions for various autoimmune conditions such as RA / SLE, gout and clinical research patients), a research center with 2 clinical research coordinators. Comprehensive compensation and benefit package including competitive salary, malpractice insurance, health insurance (including dental and vision), 401K + profit sharing+ cash balance plan ( 3 different retirement plans totaling about 14 % of total salary ), paid time off, paid CME time off / CME allowance, standard holidays and licensure fees. Prior Rheumatology experience is optional and new graduates are welcomed. Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with experience.
