As a Key Account Manager II ,you will have the opportunity to gain access to key decision-makers in some of country's best companies. Uncovering alignment to Donaldson industrial filtration solutions, you will be able to influence sales across the United States to grow division revenue. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

Role Responsibilities :

Working with a defined account list, the national account manager will be responsible to increase sales opportunities at the territory and national level within an assigned application segment(s).

Collaborating with the segment sales leader and / or strategic sales leader, account manager will research target accounts to gain access to key decision-makers and influencers defined within the account.

Use a consultative sales process develop relationship, understand the account's buying needs, pain points and key decision-making factors related to dust collection solutions.

Account Manager will create and present win presentations to gain agreement on partnering with the company to solve dust collection issues, while including the segment leader, district manager, regional director, and product team as appropriate.

Travel : Up to 15%

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of sales experience

3+ years of relevant sales experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Plans own territory or account approach and manages own resources

Ability to communicate with external corporate peers in multiple departments

Communicate and collaborate locally and globally with all requiredjobfunctions, including : Application Engineering, Field Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.

Grain / Material Handling experience a plus

Build knowledge base to understand new market / customer dynamics, product requirements, and business protocol

Relocation : This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range : $93,800 - $122,000.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.

This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan , based on sales targets under company policy.
