Key Responsibilities
Assist customers over the phone or chat with their questions and concerns
Resolve issues related to orders, payments, returns, and other customer inquiries
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective issue resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
High-speed internet and an Ethernet port
Experience with Microsoft Office and TEAMS
Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while engaging with customers
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
