About the Role :
The Incoming Quality Control (QC) Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and safety of all raw materials, components, and packaging materials used in the compounding of sterile and non-sterile products in a 503A pharmacy. This position is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving materials and supplier documentation to ensure adherence to USP

, other applicable regulatory guidance documents, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You Will : Key Responsibilities
Review Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and other supplier-provided documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Support vendor qualification and ongoing supplier monitoring activities.
Review and maintain accurate, complete, and compliant records of material inspection, disposition, and traceability.

Partner with Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure efficient and compliant material flow.

This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
