Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time

Location : Concord, NC (Clinic-Based)

Compensation : $80,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience)

Bonus : Quarterly performance-based bonuses

️ Schedule : Monday–Friday | Day Shifts Only | No Weekends

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will design, oversee, and evaluate individualized ABA therapy programs, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
• Prior experience supervising RBTs / ABA therapists preferred
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
• Ability to work on-site across Charlotte, NC clinic locations
