Full Time Nanny - Lower Manhattan

Full-time Nanny required for a lower Manhattan family with two young children (one infant and one toddler). You will be responsible for the infant. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for providing loving care to the children (including meals), tidying, cleaning and children related laundry. To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5-10 years of experience caring for multiple children, have excellent attention to detail and be a discreet and professional caregiver. This is a fast-paced and demanding role with high expectations; proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and having a team oriented mindset while remaining calm and collected is essential in this role. You will be partnering alongside other caregivers, house staff members, while your responsibility will be the 6 months old you should be comfortable caring for an infant and toddler at the same time. The family values someone who is extremely motivated, warm and upbeat, enjoys being active, and takes initiative with the children and around the house. This is a live-out position, with the flexibility, interest and ability to travel domestically and internationally as well as assist with occasional overnights / weekends as needed.

Location : Lower Manhattan, NYC

Start date : ASAP

Days / times : 7am - 7pm. Monday through Friday. 60 Hours per week guaranteed.

Flexibility for travel (including holidays), occasional weekends / overnights and supporting family with date nights / work events is essential

Children : One six month old. (Occasion support for 3.5 year old)

Conditions : $45-50 per hour

• plus unlimited monthly Metrocard, public holidays, sick / personal days and two weeks paid leave per year. Family open to offsetting health insurance with a healthcare stipend for the ideal candidate.
