Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Title : Radiation Therapist (Travel Assignment)

Location : Illinois (must reside outside 60-mile radius)

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Start Date : September 15

Hours : 40 hours / week guaranteed (excluding holiday weeks)

Schedule : Monday Friday | Clinic hours : 7 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM

Schedule may vary based on patient volume

Position Overview :

A busy cancer center in Illinois is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. This facility treats 6468 patients per day using two state-of-the-art treatment units . The ideal candidate is a dependable, independent professional who can multi-task efficiently in a high-volume setting.

Equipment & Systems :

2 Linear Accelerators : Varian TrueBeam & Varian EDGE

ARIA Record & Verify system (upgrading to v18.1 by end of month)

Requirements :

ARRT-certified in Radiation Therapy

IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) certification required

Must live outside a 60-mile radius (no local candidates)

Experience working in mid to large-sized hospitals

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
