Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate departments.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Monitor and order office supplies; manage inventory and vendor relations.
• Assist with project coordination and reporting.
• Support staff with documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
