Position
Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor
Location : Boca Raton, FL
Note : This is not a Cybersecurity position.
Who We Are Looking For
The SOC Supervisor must be detail oriented with strong communication, writing, critical thinking, and a team-first mentality. Daily responsibilities include managing day-to-day SOC operations, performing quality checks, running incidents, scheduling, gap analysis, working on projects and program buildout as needed, and recording and presenting operational data. The Supervisor is the SOC expert and shift lead, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. This role reports to Crisis24 Leadership and directly to client Corporate Security stakeholders.
Essential Functions Include
- Quality Assurance – oversee the quality of work by Analysts, conduct regular quality audits, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Client Relationship Management – maintain professional client relationships, address concerns, and ensure timely, satisfactory issue resolution.
- SOC Meetings – attend meetings, generate notes, represent the SOC if needed, and ensure information is communicated to the team.
- Project Management – manage projects from inception to completion, deliver on time and within budget, and provide updates to client and Crisis24 management.
- Seek Continuous Improvement – evaluate and improve SOC processes, ensure training on improvements, and solicit feedback.
- Personnel Issues – support and guide employees on personal issues affecting performance; provide HR escalation feedback to leadership while maintaining privacy.
- Procedural Updates – review suggestions for process changes, determine feasibility, and train the team on updates.
- Sick Leave – arrange coverage for ill staff, communicate changes to Crisis24 and client management, and maintain proper documentation.
- Investigation and Follow-Up – investigate client-reported misses, document incidents, and implement corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred3–5+ years of leading teams, projects, or functions within security operations or SOC environmentsInterest or experience in Intelligence, Security Operations, Critical Incident Management, Corporate Security, or Emergency ManagementProficiency in current technologies and open-source search methodologiesCompetent in Microsoft Suite and Google SuiteWillingness to sign an NDA and maintain confidentialityEffective verbal and written communicationProfessional demeanor under stress, adaptability, strong organizational and time management skillsClient management experience and conflict resolution skillsAbility to interact with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public calmly in urgencyWillingness to attend training and mandatory meetings outside normal hoursAbility to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekendsWork Environment
