Position Overview : We are looking for compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide care in both facility settings and client homes, ensuring continuity and quality of care across environments.Responsibilities : Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).Monitor and document vital signs, patient behavior, and overall condition.Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques.Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in both facility and home municate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.Travel between client homes and facilities as scheduled.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.Active CNA certification in Missouri.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Experience in both facility and home care settings is a plus.Strong interpersonal and time management skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to different care environments.Benefits : Up to $18.50 per hour, with additional bonus opportunitiesFlexible scheduling optionsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceAccess to daily earned wagesOngoing training and career development opportunities
