Overview

JustinBradley’s client, a leader in entertainment media, is seeking a Design Lead to set a strategic design vision, guide research and execution, and deliver high-quality, production-ready materials. This is a hands-on, player-coach role collaborating closely with business, product, and technical leaders. The Design Lead will work in a supportive, proactive, and highly collaborative team across multiple lines of business, including Studio Tours, Finance, HR, Intranet, and external-facing sites. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-level products, drive user-centered design decisions, and work on high-profile projects that impact both internal teams and external clients.

Base pay range

$82.00 / hr - $92.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Champion a human-centered product vision and align design strategy with business and product goals.
• Lead iterative design research (generative and evaluative) to inform UX decisions and product backlog priorities.
• Ideate, define, and deliver detailed designs for user stories, including acceptance criteria and prioritization.
• Lead the POD design team in maintaining and evolving the design system and other design operations resources.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, data science teams, and other designers to ensure effective implementation and consistency of designs.
• Act as the primary UX voice in demos and stakeholder interactions, ensuring accessibility and UX standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation in design processes and platform development.
