The Donaldson internship program provides innovative students with meaningful, hands-on experience in a collaborative industry environment. Through real-world projects, mentorship, and development opportunities, we aim to support career growth and build a talent pipeline aligned with our values and goals.

This internship takes place at various locations throughout the United States, during a 10-12-week period. The internship in the Mobile Solutions Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) Sales department will provide an opportunity to learn about the Mobile Solution Division's business. You will work on a variety of concurrent projects that aid our sales organization in deepening our understanding of markets, customers, and competitors. Projects may include work that is both analytical and creative in nature and will include building experience using common sales and business software like our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, data visualization tools, and customer experience collection software. You will also have an opportunity to work with a variety of people from different departments such as sales, product management, marketing, pricing, and customer operations.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Improving sales analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Creating and training on sales enablement tools and processes
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) utilization support
  • Market intelligence gathering and analysis
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Process mapping of various sales related processes

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled sophomore / 2nd year or junior / 3rd year in an accredited degree program pursuing a bachelor's degree in : Sales, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3.0 out of a 4.0 cumulative GPA
  • Experience in Tableau, Power BI or similar software
  • Demonstrated interest in data interpretation and analytical problem-solving to drive informed decision-making
  • Energetic and curious self-starter who seeks innovative solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Relocation : This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

    Hourly Pay Range : $19.00 - 21.00, depending on projected undergraduate graduation date, educational degree in progress and major of study upon time of hire.

    This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
