Sales and Marketing Account Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Sales and Marketing Account Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining key referral accounts, and driving new business through proactive sales and marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include :

• Engage customers before and after service to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets
• Build strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral sources
• Host lunch-and-learns, CE courses, and participate in networking / professional associations
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and community functions
• Prepare and present information for job file reviews to clients
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports on referral activity and pipeline development
• Use social media and digital tools to expand reach and visibility
• Stay up to date on services and refine techniques based on client needs

Compensation : $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
