Girar a través de varias estaciones para realizar diferentes tareas en la línea. Trabajar en conjunto con otros cocineros de línea y el personal de cocina para garantizar que los alimentos se roten según el cronograma de congeladores y acompañantes a las áreas de preparación, y luego a la línea para cocinar. Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y sanitario en todo momento al observar las reglas de la cocina y los requisitos personales de nuestro chef. Asegurarse de que todas las áreas y superficies de manipulación de alimentos, preparación y manejo de alimentos se limpien y desinfecten a fondo al final de cada día de trabajo. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals for our lunch and dinner service as well as brunch on Sundays as instructed by the shift’s lead chef in a timely enough manner to meet our customer satisfaction standards.
- Rotate through various stations to perform different tasks on the line.
- Work in conjunction with other line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that food is rotated on schedule from freezers and walk-ins to prep areas, and then on to the line for cooking.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment at all times by observing kitchen rules and our chef’s personal requirements.
- Ensure that all cooking, prep, and food handling areas and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of every work day.
- Attend required training classes to augment your cooking skills as required by our team of chefs.
- Familiarize yourself with proper food handling regulations as well as contamination controls.
- Able to work nights and weekends as well as some holidays.
