As a Dispatch / Receptionist, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our team. In this dynamic role, you'll help coordinate emergency services while providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include :

Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Scheduling and dispatching technicians for emergency services and restoration projects.

Maintaining communication with clients to provide updates on service status.

Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Maintaining an organized and efficient dispatch system.

Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed for service delivery.

Supporting marketing efforts by promoting services to potential clients.

Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

To qualify, you should have :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communication is a plus.

Proven experience in a dispatch or receptionist role, preferably in the restoration or service industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.

Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
