About This Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and enhance our performance and learning management systems. In this role, you'll partner with IT and HR to ensure systems are secure, accessible, and user-friendly for faculty, and staff. You'll collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and stakeholders to optimize functionality, support talent initiatives, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. This position is in Human Resources and reports to the Director of Talent and Organizational Development.
