You've been working your way up in the restaurant world for awhile. Maybe you even have a little college under your belt on the subject. In addition : Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to / from work, store cleanliness, and profitability.
