job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGrow revenue and achieve the company's sales targets Build and manage business relationships with commercial and / or residential builders Experience exceeding KPIs and sales goals Generate leads through cold calling, building relationships, and following up on referrals Commitment to using CRM daily to track and report activities related to developing new business Become knowledgeable on current products and services offered within the company Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support. Must be able to prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships. Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone or in-person soliciting. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products. Provide custom quotes as necessary. Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities. High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B) Must have a valid driver's license with a solid 5-year driving history Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills) Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to learn or experience using Salesforce CRM General knowledge of pest control services Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals / quotas
Commercial Sales Representative
Clark's Termite and Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is a leading pest control company providing services throughout South Carolina. We're looking to add a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence in Charleston, SC.
Every day, our experienced and qualified pest technicians help residential and commercial clients control their termite and pest activity. Our corporate staff, sales team, and pest technicians work together to help our customers.
