CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Durango, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Hospice Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel TravelMinimum of two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health or hospice setting. Minimum of one year using HCHB / Pointcare EMR RN : Home Health or Hospice Start Date : ASAP Shift : 8-5 Qualifications - Must have 2 years of recent Home Health / Hospice Registered Nurse experience in the last 12 months. - Must have 1 year of recent Homecare Homebase (Point Care) experience in the last 12 months. - Current American Heart Association BLS Description Travel across our 15 states while working for the same company guided by the same policies, procedures, and documentation requirements eliminating those frustrations every assignment.
