Experience and Qualifications

• 6 years' experience leading the growth and expansion of transformation programs within Engineering or R&D, for Manufacturing, Automotive, CPG, or A&D
• Strong experience in leading new consulting pursuits in this space
• Strong understanding of the value driven by MBE, PLM, MBSE solutions / approach
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Passion to drive innovation in products and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements
• Strong understanding of the PLM processes
• Experience around model-based engineering, model-based enterprise, digital twins, digital thread areas
• Must possess experience in leveraging AI / GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
• Team player and ability to deliver on engineering transformation projects
• Ability to travel 50% on average including being onsite at client locations as needed
• Support new business opportunities including preparing proposals, presentations, and pursuing contracts
• Exposure to any of the following suite of digital engineering tools preferred : NX & Teamcenter, PTC Creo & Windchill, 3DX & Catia, MagicDraw, Cameo Systems Modeler, Capella
• Good understanding of ERP, MOM, CRM systems and its relevance to the industrial digital threads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
