Job Summary :

The ICU Registered Nurse provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with hospital policies and standards of practice. The ICU RN must demonstrate strong critical thinking, rapid response skills, and effective communication while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
