Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to develop best practices and set operational standards, including planning, design, and implementation of complex solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of technology and communicate technology solutions across audiences including technical staff, management, business executives, senior executives, and vendors.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development to team members; direct team activities and adhere to defined practices and policies to achieve results.
  • Vaulting Services Operational leadership for the bank\'s critical services, including CyberArk and Secrets Vault, to ensure compliance with GIS Identity Access Management Policy and related SIAIs for Enterprise Critical Infrastructure Service (ECI) and Application Service Accounts (PCS).
  • Address defect, incident, problem, and change activities; lead release activities and develop reliable, repeatable solutions to technology issues.
  • Manage stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of supported systems; provide escalation support for high-priority incidents or consulting engagements.
  • Mentor staff, provide technical leadership, participate in resource interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes are established for new projects and initiatives; perform access reviews and compliance activities.
  • Support change implementations and proactively identify potential issues arising from changes.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in vaulting technologies with the ability to manage a large enterprise footprint.
  • Proficiency with vaulting technologies including Secrets Vault, CyberArk, and Vaulting products in AWS and containerized environments.
  • Experience with DMZ technologies and infrastructure management in this configuration.
  • Seasoned Infrastructure Operations Manager with the ability to lead across an organization to meet objectives.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to high service levels and maximum uptime.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • OpsDev background with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
