We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Admin Assistant to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a thrilling opportunity for a professional with a strong background in administrative roles, to support our team of consultants and contribute to the efficiency of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, maintaining documents, and providing comprehensive support to our consulting team. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide administrative support to consultants, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Maintain an organized filing system for important company documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
3. Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, ensuring the maintenance of office equipment, and coordinating with IT support as needed.
4. Prepare and edit documents such as reports, memos, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
5. Assist in the planning and organizing of company events and meetings.
6. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff, maintaining professional and constructive relationships.
7. Handle confidential information with discretion.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry. Experience as an office manager or office clerk will be highly regarded.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
5. High attention to detail, with a focus on producing quality work.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of the Manufacturing industry will be considered an asset.
