  • Your Impact We’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Midwest, strengthening relationships with integrators, distributors, and end users.

  • What You’ll Do Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demos showcasing Comnet’s networking solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure tailored customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Represent Comnet by Acre Security at key industry events and build long-term customer partnerships.
  • What You’ll Bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial networking or infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethernet, fiber optics, PoE, and wireless technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%) to meet clients and attend events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Background in industrial automation or related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
