Real Estate Analyst (“REA”) Summary :

Responsibilities

This is not a typical analyst role. In this role as the REA you will be exposed to the entire real estate development lifecycle, from site selection to store opening. You will be a critical player in one of the most dynamic and fastest growing sectors in consumer retail.

• Drive the Deal Pipeline : Function as the central hub for our real estate deals, meticulously tracking every new site from initial handshake through due diligence, municipal approvals, and grand opening.
• Become a Market Strategist : Deep dive into market data, demographic trends, and competitive insights to design the expansion plan and identify the hidden gems that will become Spark Car Wash’s next successful locations.
• Tell the Story with Data : Craft dashboards, reports, and presentations that guide the executive team's most critical growth decisions and communicate the progress to key stakeholders.
• Orchestrate Project Success : Manage details that keep the portfolio running smoothly, coordinating with internal teams and overseeing a team of external experts : engineers, surveyors, and attorneys to ensure every project is set up for success.
• Manage Budgets and Timelines : Keep project budgets and pro-formas, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met and escalating risks or delays keeping the pipeline moving.
