Veterinary Practice Manager :

The Bushwick veterinary center is hiring a Veterinary practice manager Part-time who wants to focus on their passion for helping animals. The Veterinary Practice Manager is critical to the success of BVC, ensuring a positive culture built on shared values and open communication, creating operational efficiencies, and problem-solving to improve client service and team engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Oversee and lead the veterinary staff and receptionists.
• Clinic Operations : Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and workflow optimization. Implement and maintain best practices to enhance the clinic's efficiency and productivity.
• Client Relations : Uphold high standards of customer service.
• Compliance and Regulations : Ensure the clinic is compliant with all relevant veterinary regulations, standards, and protocols.
