We are partnering with a leading real estate development company to identify a skilled Property Accountan t for current and upcoming opportunities. Join a dynamic organization that manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and values precision, collaboration, and professional growth.
What You'll Do
Financial Operations
- Manage accounts payable for commercial properties, including invoice review, coding, and approval workflows
- Process rent collection and assist with comprehensive cash management processes
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Handle tenant billing and collections for commercial real estate portfolio
- Maintain detailed records for multiple properties and ensure compliance with lease terms
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Generate management reports and financial summaries
- Process journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support property management team with various accounting tasks
- Coordinate with external vendors, tenants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions
