Key Responsibilities

Respond to external requests for regulatory filings and inquiries from state and federal agencies

Monitor pending legislation and maintain compliance-related databases and reference materials

Assist in compliance training programs, audits, and the development of compliance policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred

1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy, and / or regulatory affairs

Working knowledge of laws and regulations in compliance, particularly HIPAA and state regulations
